Meet OPPD Board Candidates

After hearing public testimony about dangerous emissions from the power plant in North Omaha, the Omaha Public Power District Board voted to reduce emissions and move to more production from wind and solar.

Board members are elected by district. Find out how the Board candidates for your district plan to carry out this historic decision by attending the discussion sponsored by OTOC (Omaha Together One Community). The meeting is Monday, September 8, 7:00 p.m., at St. Pius X Parish Center, 6905 Blondo.
