OTOC will ask Congressmen Brad Ashford and Jeff Fortenberry, Senators Deb Fischer and Ben Sasse to to end the practice of holding some Central American women and children who are seeking asylum in long term detention facilities. Local organizations and faith leaders will kick off this education process so that our members of Congress know they must work with us to end this costly and inhumane detention of women and children who are seeking asylum.
